啃老男餓死癱母流行女裝寄賣、兄 檢求處死刑
新聞描述: 高雄市龔姓男子疑沉迷電玩賭博花光母親積蓄，無力負擔中風臥床的母親和胞兄養護費用，將兩人接回住處後，涉嫌活活餓死母兄，還以膠帶封住門窗縫隙、以樟腦丸及鹽掩蓋臭味；高雄地檢署昨天依殺害直系血親尊親屬等罪嫌起訴龔，建請法院處以死刑。
檢方起訴指出，龔姓男子（五十歲）的胞兄八年前中風臥床，由母親辛苦照顧，沒想到母親今年三月也中風病倒，兩人住在同一家養護中心；市府社會局雖有補助款，但家屬仍須負擔部分費用；但龔疑因沉迷電玩賭博、線上遊戲，花光母親的積蓄，致無力支付養護費用。
龔因積欠五月份養護費用，今年五月卅日把母親和胞兄接回住處，養護中心曾建議可以轉介到費用較低的療養院，但他沒接受，也拒絕其他親友探視；由於母、兄臥病在床，生活無法自理，飲食都靠灌食，龔今年六月二日起就不再給供應飲水及食物，讓母親四天後活活餓死，胞兄撐了一周也過世。
龔將母、兄把遺體放在床上，以膠帶封住門縫、窗戶及鑰匙孔等縫隙，並灑鹽、蘇打粉、樟腦丸掩蓋屍臭味，在家裡焚香祭拜，伴屍超過二周；後因環保局要強制登門噴灑登革熱藥劑，龔見東窗事發在即，六月廿八日留下「請法官判我死刑」遺書後，離家藏匿在網咖。
龔的胞姊今年七月四日因聯絡不上他，報警破門察看，才發現母、兄早已死亡；檢察官認為，龔將中風的母、兄接回家，有照顧義務，卻不餵食也拒絕親友探視、協助，導致兩人死亡，是所謂的「不作為犯」，龔如此對待骨肉至親，惡行重大，無任何憫恕之處。
